Try Gojies and Chrysanthemum tea
Chrysanthemum flowers and goji berries are the favorite daily tea of my friend Mr. Sun. As an herbalist in Chinatown, he attracts clients from as far away as the Caribbean. I first learned about goji berries at his herb shop.
Traditional Chinese Medicine views this tea as a liver tonic, balancing the warmth from the goji berries with the cooling energy of the chrysanthemum flower. Since the liver meridians pass through the eyes, TCM considers liver health and eye health to be related. The goji berries also are seen as a kidney tonic herb, helping to preserve the original life force energy called jing.
I drink this tea for when i do my voice over work and find it soothing, especially when I read for audiobooks.
